Sketching is a habit, and such a good one! I was delighted when WordPress featured my Sketchbooks article for the SGFA Journal – and there was a big response from interested and like-minded people.
Every current sketchbook is an ongoing record, and I have filled more than twenty of these over some years. Some sketches are really just scrappy notes, but some are more developed, and visitors on our Open Studio days enjoy looking through the pages. While the originals will always remain in the bound books, I have made some inexpensive and handsome photoprints of favourites (some examples are shown below). Professionally mounted and wrapped at approximately A4 size, these are available by post, £35 each +p&p. Visitors of course can order a photoprint of any page at all. Contact me for details.
